This Privacy Policy describes how GENYS AI Inc. (“GENYS”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our memory and alignment platform (APIs, SDKs, and console).

Information we collect

• Account & Contact: name, email, company, role, billing details.
• Usage & Diagnostics: API calls, SDK telemetry, device/ browser metadata, performance metrics, logs.
• Content You Provide: prompts, Capsule Memory entries, model parameters, embeddings, configuration.
• Integrations: keys and settings for model providers or vector stores you connect (stored securely).
• Cookies: necessary cookies for auth/session; optional analytics cookies (see Cookies).

How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve the GENYS platform.
• Develop features and quality signals (e.g., DriftScore™) using aggregated or de-identified telemetry. We do not sell personal information.
• Operate integrations you authorize.
• Send service and transactional communications.
• Comply with law; prevent abuse; enforce terms.

We do not use your Capsule Memory content to train third-party foundation models. If we offer optional GENYS model improvement using de-identified data, we will provide an explicit control to opt out.

Legal bases (EEA/UK)

• Contract (to deliver the services you request).
• Legitimate interests (security, product improvement).
• Consent (where required, e.g., non-essential cookies).
• Legal obligation (record-keeping, compliance).

Sharing & transfers

We share data with subprocessors who support our platform (cloud hosting, email, analytics, payments). We require appropriate data protection terms. If data is transferred internationally, we use lawful mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses. A current subprocessor list is available on request at privacy@genys.ai.

Retention

We retain personal data as long as necessary to provide the platform, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Capsule Memory and related artifacts are retained while an account is active and can be exported or deleted upon request (see Your rights).

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data. Submit requests at privacy@genys.ai. We verify identity before fulfilling requests.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies for authentication and session management. Optional analytics cookies help improve usability. Where required, we present a consent banner with controls.

Children

GENYS is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security incidents

In the event of a data incident affecting personal data, we will notify impacted customers and authorities as required. See Security for our program.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or our platform. We will post updates here and adjust the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email where appropriate.
